In order to comply with new IRS regulations, we now need permission to continue sending newsletters, invitations to events and seminars, and other legislative, financial, and SS&G information to our tax clients. These new guidelines were issued with the intent of protecting the personal information you provide for the preparation of your federal tax returns, including your name and contact information.

The two forms found below will give us consent to continue sending you our newsletters and other information. The "use" form will give us permission to mail items, and the "disclosure" form will give us permission to use a mailing service. As always, client confidentiality is of the upmost importance to us and we will continue to treat client information as privately as we have in the past. We will not use any of your personal data except for name and contact information. We will never disclose contact information to third parties for their own purposes, including selling contact information or letting others use the information for their own mailings.
